Shelwood will be licensed in the municipality that they conduct business. All the municipality regulations, obc and nbc codes will be followed by our company while conducting business.

We obtain WSIB insurance for all our workers. We also possess commercial liability insurance.

Certain projects will entail warranty offered by shelwood construction e.g in residential renovations; we offer all of our clients a warranty of 2 year for the floor which will be installed. Plumbing, electrical and others trades warranty will also be offered depending on the circumstances on the type  project we are dealing with.
